Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 2026-06-04. This policy explains under what conditions refunds and cancellations are possible.

1. Before inspection (full deposit refund)

If you cancel within 5 working days of paying the deposit and before pre-shipment inspection has commenced, we refund 100% of your deposit, less actual third-party fees already incurred (typically < USD 100).

2. After inspection (partial refund)

Once pre-shipment inspection is complete and export documentation is in process, deposit becomes 70% refundable. The retained 30% covers inspection, document filing, and re-listing costs.

3. After shipment (non-refundable)

Once the bill of lading is issued and the vehicle is on the vessel, the order is non-cancellable. Any quality dispute must follow the claim process below.

4. Post-delivery claims

  1. Notify within 7 days of delivery, with photos & videos of the defect
  2. Independent surveyor report (we share cost 50/50) if disputed
  3. Marine insurance claim filed within 30 days if shipment damage
  4. Resolution via repair, parts shipment, or commercial credit on next order
