1. Service description

GoldenLaneAuto is a B2B vehicle exporter facilitating purchase, inspection, export documentation, and ocean shipping of used vehicles and Chinese new-energy cars from China to Russia/CIS, the Middle East, and Africa. We do not directly own all listed inventory; some vehicles are sourced from our verified Chinese supplier network on a back-to-back basis.

2. Order process

1. Inquiry & quote — non-binding indication of price within 24h
2. Vehicle selection & final pro-forma invoice (FOB or CIF)
3. Deposit 30% — initiates pre-shipment inspection & export documentation
4. Balance 70% paid before bill of lading release
5. Shipment via RoRo or container; clearance & last-mile per agreement

3. Pricing & payment

• Prices quoted in USD unless otherwise agreed; CNY/AED/EUR conversion at prevailing PBOC rate
• Payment via T/T (wire) to designated company account or LC for orders >USD 100,000
• Crypto/USDT accepted for select markets — subject to compliance review

4. Inspection & warranty

All vehicles pass a 100-point pre-shipment inspection. EVs include a battery state-of-health certificate. Buyer warranty: 30 days from delivery for non-collision mechanical defects on vehicles <5 years old. Buyer is responsible for destination-country import duties, registration, and homologation.

5. Liability & force majeure

Our liability is limited to the invoice value of the vehicle. We are not liable for delays caused by port congestion, customs, sanctions, weather, or other force majeure events. Marine insurance (110% of vehicle value) is included in CIF quotes.

6. Disputes

Disputes resolved first by good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 60 days, arbitration in Shanghai under CIETAC rules, in English.
